Guillaume Deschamps,  Management Liability Practice & Sales Leader, Marsh

Guillaume is currently 36 years old and he is working for MARSH France in Paris.

Prior to joining MARSH almost six years ago in September 2003, Guillaume worked for AXA Corporate Solutions in Paris as a Senior D&O underwriter dedicated to the Asian and London markets. Previously, he also spent one year working at Willis in London as a Client Executive in the Global Property and Casualty (GPC) division.

Now at MARSH, Guillaume is part of the FINPRO division of MARSH. Based in Paris, he is the “Management Liability Practice & Sales Leader” of MARSH FINPRO France supervising a team of 21 people involved on Commercial and Financial Institution accounts. Guillaume is also a European D&O Practice Leader for MARSH FINPRO Europe and is a previous member of the Global FINPRO Advisory Board based in New York whose mission is to raise the bar continually for Marsh’s standards, knowledge and the training of FINPRO staff across the world for the benefit of Marsh’s clients. For MARSH FINPRO in Europe Guillaume is at last chairing the EMEA D&O Advisory Board which is made of 12 D&O experts from MARSH FINPRO across Europe. The Board meets every quarter for technical discussions aiming at creating tools and resources for FINPRO colleagues in Europe and at sharing the information about the D&O liability issue.
