Luc Kegeleers is senior manager in Deloitte’s EMEA Accounting & Tax Compliance Centre, based in Brussels.

With a headcount of over 75 professionals coming from 14 different countries and mastering up to 20 different languages, Deloitte’s compliance centre is by far the biggest and most multi-national team of its kind. Via a single point of contact the team is able to manage all EMEA tax reporting and accounting, reaching out to its global network of over 1.400 compliance specialists whenever necessary.

The Insurance Premium Tax Compliance division, headed by Luc, acts as a one-stop shop for all premium tax related matters. The team consists of experts combining both insurance technical and tax technical skills assisting many insurance companies, captives and insureds seeking best practices in IPT compliance.

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2007, Luc worked for more than 10 years in the insurance industry.
