Mark Bailey, Financial Lines Claims Manager, ACE European Group
 
Mark is the Financial Lines Claims Manager for ACE European Group responsible for UK, Ireland, Continental Europe and Emerging Markets. He joined ACE in March 2008 assuming responsibility for all Financial Lines claims arising in the UK, Continental Europe and Emerging Markets.

Mark began his career with JH Minet & Co in 1986 as a claims technician handling North American D&O and E&O claims. In 1988 he moved to J Besso to lead the Liabilities Claims Department as Senior Claim Technician handling both D&O, E&O, Banks and Casualty lines. In 1992 Mark joined AIG as a claims adjuster in the Financial Lines Department. Following a series of promotions he became Manager for that department in 1999, before taking responsibility for both the UK / Ireland & Continental Europe Regions as Regional Technical Financial Lines Claim Manager in 2002.
