Nik Rochez's practice includes a mix of insurance and reinsurance work, with in-depth experience of coverage disputes and professional indemnity and an emphasis on financial risks, particularly D&O cover and top-up cover for professionals. Mr. Rochez has also handled a wide range of claims from engineering risks through to environmental issues. Mr. Rochez is an accredited mediator, having studied with the Harvard Law School team, and has close associations with ADR Chambers.
